ALWAGHT- Iran's Prosecutor General, Mohammad Kazem Movahhedi Azad, has stressed that prioritizing essential actions and legal procedures for filing complaints, pursuing lawsuits, and prosecuting individuals involved in Israel's criminal activities is crucial.
During a meeting on Sunday, Mohammad Kazem Movahhedi Azad remarked that the brutal killings of civilians in Gaza and Lebanon reveal the desperation of the Zionist regime. He urged swift legal action against Israeli offenses, utilizing the capacities of domestic, foreign, and international bodies.
As a critical step toward legal action, he highlighted the need to draft the International Crimes Bill and recommended submitting proposals to the National Security Committee to support decision-making. He continued, "Some believe that the US orchestrated the planning behind Israeli crimes, positioning the Zionist regime as a tool of Western power in the region, using Western-supplied weapons and lethal bombs."
Movahhedi Azad further underscored Iran's growing influence regionally and globally, noting that this strength presents a challenge to major powers, especially the US, compelling them to expend considerable resources to counter the Islamic Republic of Iran.
