Life Unaffected Across Iran After Air Defense Repels Israeli Aggression

ALWAGHT- Daily life proceeds as usual across Iran after the air defense force successfully intercepted Israeli attacks on military sites in Tehran, Ilam, and Khuzestan provinces early Saturday.

"Explosions were reported in parts of Tehran shortly after midnight on Friday, with Iranian security forces attributing the sounds to 'air defense activity.'

Videos circulating online showed Iran's air defense targeting 'adversarial objects in the airspace around Tehran province.' Despite media reports of an Israeli airstrike, daily life in Iran continued uninterrupted. Footage from the Imam Khomeini Port Special Economic Zone in Khuzestan showed no damage to the Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company (BIPC), and videos from Ilam province displayed a similarly calm environment.

Tehran residents continued their morning routines, including exercises in Laleh Park, unaffected by claims of attacks on military sites. Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization confirmed that flights resumed after a brief halt, and operations at Mehrabad Airport in Tehran proceeded normally. The Ministry of Sports announced that scheduled sports events would go on, thanking Iran’s armed forces for ensuring security.

The Tehran Oil Refining Company dismissed rumors of an attack on its facilities, with Public Relations Head Shaker Khafaei confirming that operations were unaffected. The stock market showed gains, climbing 9,732 points in early trading, while the Iranian currency strengthened against the dollar.

Gas Stations Guild spokesman Reza Navaz reported stable gasoline consumption, attributing the calm to public confidence in Iran’s armed forces and describing Israeli psychological operations as ineffective.

The Russian Embassy in Tehran confirmed a calm atmosphere in Tehran and other major cities, with no reports of injuries to Russian nationals."
