Iran Denies Involvement in the Killing of Israeli Rabbi in the UAE

ALWAGHT- The Iranian Embassy in Abu Dhabi strongly dismissed allegations linking the Islamic Republic of Iran to the murder of a Zionist rabbi in the United Arab Emirates.

Zvi Kogan, 28, who had gone missing from Dubai on Thursday afternoon, was found dead on Sunday. However, some Western media outlets and the Zionist regime quickly accused Iran of being behind the murder, without presenting any evidence and even before Emirati authorities had launched an investigation.

In response to an inquiry from Reuters, the Iranian Embassy categorically rejected the allegations implicating Iran in the killing of Kogan.

The Emirati government later announced the arrest of three individuals in connection with the murder, although no further details were provided.

Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office labeled the killing a security incident and vowed to use all means to find those responsible. The office also described the murder as an “act of antisemitic terrorism,” a common narrative used by the Zionist regime. According to Israeli outlet Y-net, Kogan had previously served in the Israeli army's Givati Brigade, which has been involved in military operations in Gaza since October 7 of the previous year.
