Yemen Prepared to Deploy Thousands of Trained Fighters to Hezbollah

ALWAGHT- Yemen’s Ansarullah resistance movement has stated that the country is ready to send "thousands of trained fighters" to support Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement if needed.

Nasr El-Din Amer, Vice President of Ansarullah’s Media Authority, announced Yemen's intention to support Hezbollah similarly to its backing of the Palestinian resistance. Since October 7, Yemen’s Armed Forces have launched numerous strikes against Israeli targets in the occupied Palestinian territories, responding to the Israeli regime’s ongoing attacks on Gaza. Hezbollah has similarly conducted extensive strikes to support Gaza and retaliate against Israeli aggression on Lebanese soil.

Amer’s remarks come amid escalating threats from Tel Aviv to widen the conflict into a full-scale war against Lebanon. He highlighted Yemen's efforts to enhance its capability to strike targets across occupied Palestine and discussed a July attack using the “Yafa drone” against Tel Aviv, which bypassed Israeli defense systems.

Amer emphasized that the Yafa drone will be part of a continuous campaign until the Israeli regime ceases its aggression and ends the blockade on Gaza. His statements reflect Yemen’s firm commitment to supporting Palestine and continuing its strikes until Israel stops its military actions, which have resulted in significant civilian casualties.
