Alwaght- Two explosions caused by 'terrorist attacks' martyred at least 50 people and wounded dozens on Wednesday, as thousands of Iranian people had flocked to the southeastern province of Kerman to pay homage to top anti-terror commander General Qassem Soleimani, who was assassinated along with a number of his companions in a 2020 US drone strike in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
Head of Iran’s Emergency Medical services Miadfar told Tasnim news agency at least 53 people have lost their lives and 71 were injured.
"The blasts were caused by terrorist attacks," Iran state media quoted a local official in the Kerman province as saying.
