Alwaght- Second Brigadier General Karim Cheshak, Spokesperson for the 'Eghtedar 1401' drill, announced the ending of the military exercise by setting new records, enhancing the level of readiness of the Ground Force's units in the face of 'new threats.'
700 kilometers of equipment were moved with Iranian heavy and super heavy vehicles in the shortest possible time, the spokesman said.
"Air operations were carried out with air force helicopters and quick reaction forces, and this is one of the complex operations and one of the important achievements of this exercise. The successful testing of night vision systems installed in helicopters the result of the efforts of the Air Force and knowledge-based companies," Iran Press quoted him as saying.
Brig. Gen. Cheshak stated that Fath 360 and Fajr 5 long-range missiles were used for the first time in the exercise, stating: Fatah 360 is used against strategic targets, and with a significant speed of Mach 4, it hit the targets very quickly.
"The guidance system of the missile is such that it communicates with several satellites every second and immediately corrects its course," he went on.
Spokesperson Cheshak also pointed out that the exercise was carried out in the presence of high-ranking commanders and observers of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Army, added: All operations were done without any incident.
