Israeli regime puts a number of Syrian citizens in prison for blocking the path of injured terrorists from Syrian cities into occupied territories for treatment

Alwaght- Israeli regime puts a number of Syrian citizens in prison for blocking the path of ambulances that transferred injured terrorists from Syrian cities into occupied territories for treatment, al-Masdar news site reported.

The two Syrian citizens living in the Israeli occupied parts of the Golan Heights, tried to stop ambulances from transferring members of the Jabhat al-Nusrat terrorist group.

Tel Aviv has sentenced both of the citizens to long term prisons.

Amal Abu Saleh was sentenced to seven years and eight months in jail with a $3,000 fine, whilst Bashira Mahmoud was sentenced to 22 months in prison and fined $1,000 dollars.

According to SANA, Israeli forces arrested the two along with 24 others in June 2015, when residents of the village of Majdal Shams blocked the ambulance and prevented it from transporting two injured terrorists from Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, formerly known as Jabhar al-Nusra.

Syrian government has long accused the Israeli regime of supporting terrorist and militant groups fighting in Syria. Tel Aviv, along with Saudi Arabia and some regional countries are supporting such groups to topple the government of President Bashar Assad.
