Alwaght- A Syrian military official in an interview with Alwaght.com denied the arrest of an Iranian soldier by “Jebhat Al-Sham”, and completely dismissed the authenticity of the news. The official added that the detained personnel is fraudulent and definitely not Iranian. He assured that no data are present prove the membership of such a person with the characteristics displayed among the “Fatemyon” group.
It is noteworthy that following the recent victories of the axis of resistance against Zionists-backed terrorists in southern Syria, new scenario has been planned, aiming to eclipse the authority of the resistance axis, especially after the successful operation of Hezbollah in Shebaa. Based on that, wide range propaganda is aired in Arabic and English media about the arrest of Iranian personnel called “Imad Shirazi Jaafari” by “Jebhat Al-Sham”, to exchange him with 2200 prisons in Syrian government’s prisons.
