ALWAGHT- Iran's Foreign Minister has urged the international community to prevent the Israeli regime from normalizing acts of genocide and other crimes.
Araqchi made these comments during an extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers from the Group of Friends of the United Nations Charter, convened to address the humanitarian crisis in occupied Palestine.
In his address, the senior Iranian diplomat outlined Tehran's stance on the recent developments in the West Asian region, warning that the continued inaction of the United Nations in the face of the Israeli regime's genocide and aggressive actions would further erode the organization's credibility.
He emphasized that the international community must not allow Israel's illegal actions and aggression to be normalized.
Araqchi stressed that stopping the genocide in Gaza and ending Israeli aggression in Lebanon would require a global coalition to hold the Israeli leadership accountable, bring them to justice, and punish those responsible, including the regime’s arms suppliers and its political and financial backers, particularly the United States.
