Gaza ministry reports at least 69 Palestinians killed over two days

ALWAGHT- In the 48 hours from Thursday to Saturday, Israeli attacks on Gaza have resulted in the deaths of 69 Palestinians and injured 212 others, according to the Health Ministry of the enclave.

Gaza's Health Ministry reported on Saturday that Israeli military attacks on Gaza since October 7 have killed at least 40,334 people and wounded 93,356 others.

The ministry noted that within the past 24 hours alone, 69 Palestinians were killed and 212 injured.

Thousands of bodies and injured individuals remain trapped under rubble or left on the streets, as medical and civil defense teams struggle to reach them.

For over 10 months, the relentless and intense Israeli assault has included airstrikes, a ground offensive, and attacks from gunboats, leading to tens of thousands of casualties and missing persons.

The offensive has also caused extensive devastation to critical infrastructure and triggered an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe in the enclave, exacerbated by Israeli restrictions on the delivery of water, medicine, and fuel supplies.
