ALWAGHT- According to the former head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Intelligence Organization, Iran's retaliatory response to the assassination of the Hamas chief in Tehran will take the Israeli regime by surprise.
Speaking at a cultural event in Mashhad on Sunday, Hossein Taeb revealed that the operation Iran has planned in retaliation for the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh will be "surprising" and will not align with any scenarios anticipated by the Israeli regime. He emphasized Israel's critical internal issues, including social and economic challenges like capital flight, and pointed out that Iran's planned response remains unknown to Israel.
Taeb further stated that both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his opponents agree that Israel is nearing collapse. He suggested that if the current situation continues, Israel could potentially cease to exist by 2028. According to Taeb, Netanyahu and other extreme and conservative factions believe Israel may not survive to celebrate its eightieth anniversary, which is why they are seeking new strategies to address upcoming challenges.
The Israeli regime carried out the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran in the early hours of July 31.
