ALWAGHT- The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps provided details of the 'True Promise II' operation, stating that 90 percent of the Iranian missiles launched on Tuesday evening successfully struck their intended targets, including "strategic Israeli centers" in the occupied territories.
In a second statement issued hours after a large-scale missile strike on Israel, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced on Tuesday night that "strategic centers" in the occupied territories had been targeted with Iranian-made missiles.
The statement detailed that several Israeli air and radar bases, as well as centers involved in planning assassination attempts on resistance leaders — including Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh, Lebanese Hezbollah leader Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, and military commanders from Hezbollah, the IRGC, and the Islamic Resistance of Palestine — were struck during the True Promise 2 operation.
Despite the area being heavily defended by advanced air defense systems, 90 percent of the missiles successfully hit their targets, the IRGC claimed, adding that Israel was shaken by Iran's intelligence and operational superiority.
The statement concluded by affirming that the retaliatory action was conducted within Iran's legitimate right to self-defense under international law, and warned that any further provocations would provoke a severe response from Iran that would leave the Israeli regime in deep regret.
