ALWAGHT- Yemen’s Armed Forces have threatened to escalate their operations against the Israeli regime and its supporters, in response to the regime’s recent horrific massacre of Palestinians in the southern Gaza Strip.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for Yemen’s Armed Forces, issued a warning on Saturday, following Israeli airstrikes that killed at least 90 Palestinians, including women and children, and injured more than 300 others at the al-Mawasi refugee camp near Khan Younis in Gaza.
“The Yemeni Armed Forces are monitoring the situation in the Gaza Strip, particularly the recent Zionist massacre resulting in hundreds of martyrs and wounded,” Saree stated.
He emphasized that the forces “will take necessary steps and measures, within their capabilities, to achieve true justice for the bloodshed of the Palestinian people, and will not hesitate to expand their military operations against the Israeli enemy and its supporters.”
Saree concluded by declaring that Yemeni operations would continue until the regime halts its aggression and the siege on Gaza. He also lamented the “Arab failure” which, he claimed, had encouraged Tel Aviv’s crimes against Palestinians.
