Saudi Army Base Hit by Yemeni Ballistic Missile in Retaliatory Attack

Alwaght- Yemeni forces have fired a domestically-manufactured ballistic missile that successfully targeted a Saudi military camp in the kingdoms south western region of Jizan.

This precision strike by Badr 1 missile came hours after the Yemeni rocketry forces launched two ballistic missiles onto a military camp for the mercenaries and the Sudanese troops in Jizan as well.

Yemen has been since March 2015 under a brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition, in a bid to restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.

Over 14,000 Yemenis have been killed and tens of thousands injured in Saudi-led strikes, with the vast majority of them being civilians, especially women and children.

However, the allied forces of the Yemeni army and popular committees established by Ansarullah revolutionaries have been heroically confronting the aggression with all means, inflicting huge losses upon Saudi-led forces and the kingdom's strategic infrastructure including airports and oil production facilities.

The Saudi-led coalition – which also includes UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Sudan and Kuwait – has been also imposing a blockade on the impoverished country’s ports and airports as a part of the aggression.
