 26 Killed as ISIS Terrorists Bomb Shia Mosque in Kuwait City
Alwaght: ISIS Terrorist group has claimed responsibility for a bomb attack on Imam Sadiq (PBUH) Mosque in Kuwait City that left least 26 people dead and many more injured.
The bombing was carried out during the weekly Friday prayers at the mosque in the Sawabir district of the Kuwaiti capital. The ISIS-terrorist group in Saudi Arabia, calling itself Najd Province, said militant Abu Suleiman al-Muwahhid carried out the attack on the mosque.  ISIS has also claimed responsibility for deadly attacks which left many dead including children in two Shia mosques during Friday Prayers in Eastern Saudi Arabia and several Shia Mosques in Yemen over the past weeks.
Meanwhile, Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah visited the site of the bomb attack.   
Kuwaiti sources said the Kuwaiti Council of Ministers held an emergency session to discuss the repercussions of the attack.
